Caspian Factory (Tadbir Kala Jam) is one of our ongoing projects, now under construction. It includes offices, a production plant, labs, and training facilities, all designed by Kooshk Office. The project area is 60,000 sqm.

A food products factory is being designed by Kooshk Office and is now under construction in South Kordan. The project includes training spaces, offices, and production areas, with a total area of 40,000 sqm.

Asalouyeh Fresh Market, recently designed by Kooshk Office, is a social project aimed at reducing intermediaries and helping fishermen sell their fish and marine products directly to the community. The bazaar-style market is inspired by the local architecture of the Persian Gulf.
